Summary

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in complex IT environments to support regulatory system modernization. The role will focus on business process analysis, workflow mapping, requirements gathering, UAT, and technology solutions, primarily leveraging Salesforce and Microsoft PowerApps.

Key Requirements:

5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering experience
Hands-on Salesforce and/or Microsoft PowerApps experience
Experience creating current-state/future-state workflows
Strong UAT planning, testing, and defect management experience
Ability to work across business teams, IT, and external vendors
Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
