Summary

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, permissions, and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, performance, and availability.
Support Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related issues.
Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, document libraries, and access issues.
Support Microsoft Teams configuration, meetings, calling, collaboration, and user issues.
Assist with device management and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
Implement and support Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and data protection policies.
Assist with Microsoft 365 compliance, retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and information governance activities.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
Monitor and investigate security alerts and suspicious activities in collaboration with security teams.
Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, tenant configuration, and integration projects.
Maintain technical documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and configuration records.
Work with vendors and Microsoft Support to resolve complex technical issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to end users and internal IT teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support.
Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft 365 automation.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good understanding of identity, authentication, MFA, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
