A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. IAM Engineer
Position type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Irving, TX
Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)
As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will:
- Experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, security architecture, and enterprise security initiatives.
- Strong understanding of security policies, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
- Hands-on experience supporting security modernization projects, including access governance, entitlement management, and IAM platform deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams.
The ideal candidate will have: - Strong IAM experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience supporting enterprise application delivery.
- Knowledge of SDLC, release management, change management, and deployment planning processes.
- Experience with AI-enabled security capabilities and workflow automation will be plus.
