Summary

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager.
10+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements and user stories.
10+ years of experience creating business requirements, process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
10+ years of experience managing multiple projects, project teams, and project work plans.
10+ years of experience working within a State Government environment.
10+ years of experience developing IT procurement documents, including RFPs and solicitations for software and professional services.
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Mississippi Purchasing Agent (CMPA) certification.
Experience supporting public sector IT modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
