Role: AI Value Realization & Analytics Lead

Role Summary
Experienced AI Value Realization & Analytics Manager (Contractor) responsible for measuring, tracking, and optimizing AI adoption, utilization, consumption, productivity, and business outcomes. This role serves as the analytical engine for the GTI/CTO AI portfolio by turning performance data into insights that inform investment decisions, adoption strategies, value realization, and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Value Realization & Benefits Tracking

Support execution of the AI value realization framework, including baselines, targets, KPIs, and benefit tracking.
Measure adoption-to-value conversion across AI products, personas, stakeholder groups, and business units.
Track productivity, efficiency, operational impact, ROI, and qualitative business outcomes.
Conduct recurring value assessments and support executive value reviews.

Analytics & Reporting

Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports for AI adoption and value realization.
Analyze AI platform utilization, consumption, licensing, and performance metrics.
Identify adoption gaps, underutilized capabilities, cost trends, risk indicators, and optimization opportunities.
Generate data-driven recommendations to improve adoption, value capture, and portfolio performance.

Optimization & Portfolio Insights

Support AI FinOps, consumption optimization, and portfolio rationalization activities.
Inform roadmap, investment, and prioritization decisions through performance insights.
Partner with advisory, adoption, platform, and stakeholder teams to improve measurable outcomes.
Maintain reporting standards, metric definitions, and measurement methodologies.

Required Expertise
Value Management & Performance Measurement

Experience tracking benefits realization, business outcomes, ROI, or portfolio performance.
Strong understanding of KPI development, baseline measurement, and value reporting.
Ability to connect adoption and usage metrics to financial, operational, or strategic outcomes.

Data, Analytics & Visualization

Experience with business intelligence, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
Strong quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and visualization skills.
Ability to generate actionable insights from platform telemetry, consumption, and business performance data.

Business Acumen & Stakeholder Support

Comfort working with business, technology, finance, and product stakeholders.
Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights and recommendations to executives.
Experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrates confidence and professionalism when engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams on camera in virtual environments.
