Hybrid 4 days onsite in New York, NY

Our client seeks a Marketing Analytics professional to support the maturation of analytics and automation capabilities for a high-visibility MPA team. The role focuses on scalable reporting, automated data processes, and insights that inform marketing, content, retention, and growth strategies. The position offers exposure to the CMO organization and executive stakeholders and requires facility with AI-enabled analytics workflows.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated analytics and reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, charts, and reporting that communicate business insights to leadership.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, analytics, and business stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Support marketing and content strategy through data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay current on analytics tools, best practices, and industry trends.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard creation experience.
  • Tableau or similar BI platform experience.
  • Experience presenting data and translating findings into business recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Marketing or Finance analytics background, forecasting and KPI reporting, performance measurement, Marketing Mix Modeling, digital marketing support, streaming or media industry experience, and skills with Python, AWS/Quicksight, Looker, and advanced Excel.
  • AI fluency and interest in leveraging AI tools such as Amazon Q in analytics workflows.
