Role: Lead PEGA Business Analyst
Location : Iselin, NJ – Onsite
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with Pega experience and strong knowledge of Payment Disputes (Fraud & Non-Fraud). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and support solution delivery using Pega best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead requirement gathering and discovery workshops with business teams.
· Define and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
· Analyze legacy processes and map business requirements to Pega capabilities.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
· Utilize Pega Blueprint for requirement discovery, visual feedback, and refinement.
· Promote out-of-the-box (OOTB) Pega capabilities and minimize customizations.
· Identify dependencies across business processes, integrations, and user stories.
· Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, and business validation.
· Conduct stakeholder demos, Show & Tell sessions, and user training.
Required Skills
· 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Pega projects.
· Strong understanding of Pega Infinity Platform and Case Management concepts.
· Experience with Pega Blueprint, Agile delivery, and Center-Out methodology.
· Hands-on experience with JIRA and requirement management tools.
· Expertise in creating process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
· Understanding of integrations, data requirements, and testing processes.
Domain Expertise
· Strong knowledge of Payment Disputes (Fraud & Non-Fraud).
· Experience in Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services domain.
· Familiarity with Pega Smart Dispute framework is preferred.
· Knowledge of Pega Smart Dispute Agentic Framework is a plus.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
