About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead business analysis and requirements management for enterprise Pega transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector.

The ideal candidate will combine deep Pega Business Architecture expertise with strong domain knowledge across Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, and drive successful delivery of strategic Pega programs leveraging the Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities for complex Pega transformation programs.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Document business processes, user journeys, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Translate business requirements into implementable Pega solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to align business objectives with technical design.
  • Support implementation of Pega Constellation UX and modular application design principles.
  • Define business rules, case management requirements, data mappings, and integration needs.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise Common Data Model standards.
  • Manage requirement traceability, stakeholder communications, and change control processes.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance business workflows.
  • Support testing, business readiness, and user acceptance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Pega projects.
  • Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) certification strongly preferred.
  • Pega Business Architect Certification required.
  • Strong understanding of the Pega Infinity Platform.
  • Experience working with Pega Constellation UX.
  • Experience defining business requirements, process models, and user stories.
  • Knowledge of Common Data Models and enterprise integration requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Financial Services Experience Required

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following:

  • Banking
  • Capital Markets
  • Insurance
  • Lending
  • Payments
  • Wealth / Asset Management
  • Financial Services Operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading business analysis efforts for enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven processes within Financial Services.
  • Background working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed global teams.
