A bit about us:
Growing commercial specialty contractor with a national footprint is hiring a Project Manager to join its expanding commercial drywall and metal framing division.
This is an early-career opportunity for someone who already understands the drywall, metal framing, or building materials industry and wants to take the next step into project management. Whether your background is with a drywall/material supplier or you have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant PM, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, we're looking for industry knowledge, potential, and the right fit.
You'll be trained in our approach to project management while gaining hands-on experience coordinating materials, schedules, field operations, customers, and projects from start to finish. This isn't a clipboard-and-meetings role. You'll be close to the work, learning the business from the inside out and building the foundation for a long-term career in construction project management.
Why join us?
We believe the best Project Managers are developed through hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility. This role gives you the chance to turn your existing drywall, metal framing, or building materials knowledge into a career in project management with a growing national contractor.
You'll receive a competitive base salary, annual bonus opportunities, company vehicle and gas, medical coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. Our unique ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) also gives employees a stake in the company's long-term success.
Most importantly, this is an opportunity to join a growing division where you can learn, develop, take ownership of projects, and build a long-term career rather than being expected to walk in as a finished product.
