Role Summary

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational activities to meet department objectives.
Coordinate communication between team members and other departments.

Provide administrative support, including data entry and scheduling.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role is advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
Availability to work on-site during business hours.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $100.00 - $125.00 USD Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
