Summary

Role Summary
This role involves coordinating complex, cross-functional network implementation projects and ensuring seamless service delivery within a highly regulated environment. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams, managing schedules, resources, and risks to deliver projects on time and within scope. The individual will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with change management policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multi-phase network implementation projects across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage and direct engineering, implementation resources, and vendors to support delivery efforts.
  • Forecast project timelines and track progress against change and release calendars, identifying potential conflicts or risks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and artifacts for each release or task.
  • Raise and manage Requests for Change (CRQs), ensuring readiness for execution and compliance with policies.
  • Monitor and ensure 100% adherence to change management procedures before, during, and after implementation.
  • Participate in incident and problem analysis to assess potential impacts of changes and their implementation.
  • Communicate project risks, issues, and opportunities effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution across teams to support on-time, under-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including senior management, to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of senior project or service delivery management experience supporting network infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, including operations, architecture, and engineering functions.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycles.
  • Exceptional client management and third-party/vendor relationship skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed engineering or implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills, with a focus on delivering quality work on schedule and within budget.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and accommodate varied hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMP or CSM are preferred; technical certifications like CCNA are a plus.
  • Experience in financial services industries (insurance, banking, investment banking) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as a Delivery Lead within a regulated environment (preferably 3-5 years).

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $52.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
