Summary

We are seeking an Educational Technology Support Technician to provide technical support to faculty and end-users using instructional technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technology issues, manage support tickets, create training resources, conduct user training, and assist with educational technology projects.
