DescriptionOur client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PC Refresh Technician (Contractor) to support a long-term laptop refresh initiative. This role will focus exclusively on hands-on PC refresh activities ("station two" work) and associated shipping and asset tracking tasks. The contractor will support a large-scale refresh of approximately 4,600 pre-purchased laptops, with work projected to continue through 2026 and potentially beyond.

Additional Skills & QualificationsPerform PC refresh "station two" tasks, including:
- Renaming computers
- Running standardized scripts
- Installing driver updates
- Preparing and distributing connection/setup information to end users
Execute shipping and logistics duties:
- Wipe down systems and prepare devices for shipment
- Box laptops and print FedEx shipping labels
- Accurately record tracking numbers and asset details in ServiceNow
Other duties including:
- Follow detailed, written procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with internal IT staff; escalate issues as needed (complex troubleshooting handled by existing IT teams)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
