. Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
II. General Experiencea. minimum 5–7 years in technology solutions management or IT operations, including at least 2–3 years leading/supervising technical staff.
Demonstrated knowledge of case management/document management systems, call
center telephony/IVR platforms, and system architecture (Salesforce preferred) sufficient to direct and validate team deliverables.
Demonstrated experience with system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization for high-volume environments, plus resilient architecture design
(failover, redundancy, disaster recovery/business continuity).
. Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure configuration, vulnerability and incident response coordination, and vendor risk management; .
Responsibilities
Responsible for all technology systems the Contractor provides and operates under this Contract, including
the case management and document management solution, call center telephony and IVR system, and all integrations with MSDE systems (CCATS and the Salesforce/CCS Portals).
Ensure the Contractor's systems are operational, secure, compliant with State standards, and properly integrated with MSDE enterprise platforms
The Technology Solutions Manager serves as the Contractor's primary technical point of contact with MSDE IT and the CCATS/Portal system contractor and is responsible for coordinating the IVR-to CCATS integration from the Contractor's side.
Specialized / Preferred Experience
security-related certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or similar) strongly preferred.
