Job Role-: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead
Location : 100% Onsite in Lawrenceville, GA
(Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
Duration : 6+ months contract
Logistics: Zero visa restrictions, ability to interview via video, and ready to relocate and work 100% on-site in Lawrenceville, GA by September 14.
Job Role-
· Module Ownership: Serve as the functional lead for Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
· Configuration & Support: Manage platform setup, Fast Formulas, workflows, and security roles.
· Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.
· Release Management: Evaluate quarterly Oracle patches, coordinating testing, validation, and system optimization.
· Troubleshooting: Resolve complex application and integration issues by partnering with business SMEs, internal technical teams, vendors, and Oracle.
Candidate Requirements
· Experience: 10+ years in ERP implementation/administration, with 5–7+ years in HCM and at least 5+ years specifically as an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead (Payroll, Benefits, OTL).
· Core Skills: Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion configuration, Fast Formulas, data models, security, and third-party integrations.
