Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, testing, and HR/Benefits modules. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with at least one Federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience across Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, and/or PeopleSoft.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
• Minimum 1 Federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementation is required.
• Strong functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration (BenAdmin).
• Experience in HCM configuration, testing, integrations, and functional support.
• Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience preparing functional documentation, test cases, and supporting UAT.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud HR and Benefits modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support implementation activities from requirements through deployment.
• Work closely with HR, Benefits, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Must Have:

• Federal Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation + 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud + HR/Benefits/BenAdmin + 15+ years Oracle ERP experience.
