This new and emerging need is for a Security Operations Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on the SDA Transport Layer T1contract. The ideal candidate will work directly with the customer to establish security operations within the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). The ISSM role is a one deep position that will independently need to collaborate and use their experience to evaluate and implement RMF cyber security controls on both Ground and Space assets. This role will lead the execution of Continuous Monitoring Plan maintaining and updating software and hardware assets, perform system and network scanning, evaluations, and remediations, as well as champion system ATO, connections, and renewals. From a technical perspective, the ideal candidate will have vast experience in vulnerability scanning, EVSS deployment and administration, auditing, and training team members on cyber security implementation.
As the Cyber Technical Lead, you will coordinate with multiple teams across the program in an Agile team environment. You will interface with our Operations, Development, Deployment, and Systems Engineering teams, and will help to derive innovative solutions to complex technical problems to provide our customers with a secure system and new capabilities. In addition, you will interface and collaborate cross-functionally with government personnel, customer partners, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates.
This is an on-site role at the Waterton Campus and supports 24/7 operations.

Basic Qualifications
1. DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
2. Experience in Satellite & Ground Operations
3. Experience with Authorization and Accreditation processes using Risk Management Framework methodologies.
4. Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements, policies, and procedures.
Desired skills
1. Experience performing cybersecurity accreditation activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing, and sustainment of approvals - Authority To Operate
2. Experience with NetBrain, Zenoss and Hewlett Packard Network Automation (HPNA)
3. Familiar with eMASS, HBSS, ACAS, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), DISA STIGs
4. Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems
5. Experience with Intel Driven Threat Modeling, preferably classified Cyber Threat Intel Support
6. Experience briefing complex cyber security principles to all levels of knowledge and skill
7. Experience briefing high level customer stakeholders with cyber security concerns and remediation tactics
8. Knowledge of NIST 800-53
9. Experience with RHEL and Windows Server/Professional
10. Experience with SIEM and cloud technologies including LogRhythm, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence
11. DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
12. Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber regulations and requirements to engineering and software development staff
13. Experience with responding to cyber incidents from detection through remediation.
14. Intuitive and proactive self-starter that's accountable and mission focused.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
