A bit about us:
Founded over a century ago and based in Southern California, we are a Tier 1 aerospace supplier building highly engineered, flight-critical components and complex assemblies for military and space applications. Our Long Beach division supports satellite, launch vehicle, and missile defense programs, with proprietary manufacturing capabilities that few suppliers in the region can match. Our hardware has been on customer platforms for decades.
Why join us?
Medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k)
Generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays
Fully onsite - hands-on test lab role
Training provided on our hardware and test procedures - we hire for test fundamentals, not a specific product background
Ownership of acceptance testing throughput across the full product portfolio, not one narrow slice
Exposure to R&D testing alongside production acceptance testing
Stability - a division with legacy roots and long-running program work
