Job DetailsJoin a growing industrial manufacturer supporting advanced fluid power and motion control solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, and improving hydraulic equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate hydraulic assemblies using automated and manual test equipment.
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system issues and recommend solutions.
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Assist with employee training, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support safe manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with hydraulics, fluid power systems, manufacturing, testing, or assembly.
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience documenting work activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Technical education in hydraulics, pneumatics, or a related field.
- Experience with fluid power diagnostics, testing equipment, or automated test systems.
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the workday.
