  • Estimated earning potential: $80,000-$120,000 annually. Actual earnings vary based on the agreed pay structure and technician production and are not guaranteed.

Why Work Here

Join a small, tight-knit automotive repair team where long-term employees and a collaborative culture are a major part of the shop environment. The owner described the business as family-oriented, with employees who work well together and many team members who have stayed with the company long term.

This is a three-bay, three-lift shop where technicians have the opportunity to stay involved in a wide variety of work. Rather than separating technicians into narrow specialties, the team handles diagnostics, electrical work, general repair, maintenance, inspections, brakes, undercarriage, exhaust, timing belts, and other repairs across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. The shop is also open to servicing fleet vehicles.

Technicians have access to a heated and air-conditioned shop, an alignment rack, and a shop-provided Snap-on ZEUS+ scan tool. The shop currently uses Tekmetric for digital vehicle inspections and shop management. A shop hand is also typically available to support the team, while estimates and parts ordering are handled outside the technician role.

The shop supports continued professional development with paid training and ASE reimbursement. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match, PTO, paid holidays, uniforms, and a third-party life insurance option.

For technicians considering a move, toolbox relocation assistance is available, and relocation assistance may also be considered. The combination of varied repair work, shop-provided diagnostic equipment, a comfortable year-round facility, and a team with a history of long-term employment makes this an opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a smaller, collaborative shop environment.
