We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software initiatives and drive the successful delivery of customer-facing digital products. What You'll Do- Lead complex software programs from planning through launch.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive delivery and remove obstacles.
- Manage program roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, architecture, operations, and vendor teams.
- Develop and support scalable system integrations and technical solutions.

- Influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority to achieve program objectives.
What We're Looking For- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Proven experience delivering complex software development programs.
- Strong Agile, Scrum, and SDLC expertise.
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, websites, mobile applications, or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of systems integrations, APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams.
- Proven vendor management experience.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making across organizations.
