Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise brand platforms and digital asset management solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in web content management systems, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and cross-functional product development.

Summary:
The ideal candidate will drive platform innovation, define product strategy and roadmaps, oversee development initiatives, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide tools that enable employees and partners to access, manage, and leverage digital content effectively.

Responsibilities:
* Define and execute product strategy for enterprise digital asset management and brand platform solutions
* Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize initiatives, and align product development with organizational goals
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and platform assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements documentation, and backlog prioritization
* Lead product development efforts from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization
* Collaborate with development, design, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities
* Monitor platform performance, identify risks, and implement solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and user experience
* Ensure platforms maintain compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements
* Support resource planning, budgeting, and project execution activities
* Drive process improvements that increase operational efficiency and platform adoption
* Deliver results in a dynamic environment with evolving business priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, Adobe Sites, Adobe Workfront (Core, Fusion, and Planning), Dynamic Media, and Azure
* 5+ years of experience serving as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
* Experience with digital asset management platforms and content management systems
* Experience with solutions architecture, systems integration, and enterprise platform development
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field
* 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing operations, program management, or a related field
* Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
* Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
