job summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to join our team supporting a proprietary Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for our Home Care division. In this role, you will provide Level 2 application support, execute release testing, and help maintain key system interfaces to ensure seamless clinical operations.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Level 2 troubleshooting and issue resolution for our proprietary Home Care EHR application using ServiceNow.
- Perform system testing in Azure DevOps for monthly software updates and feature releases.
- Document complex system procedures, technical specifications, and end-user workflows.
- Educate and train internal users on application capabilities and functionality.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience supporting clinical applications or EHR/EMR systems (not general IT help desk).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test execution and tracking.
Professional experience managing Level 2 support tickets within ServiceNow.
Ability to participate in a periodic 24x7 on-call rotation as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Home Care or Home Health clinical workflows.
Familiarity with healthcare data interfaces and system integrations.
Background in writing user documentation and training materials.
