We have a 6 month contract opportunity for Clinical Application Analyst IV (RN) - UKG Advanced Scheduling. This role is remote but must work PST hours and have some availability to travel during important project go live times.

Summary / Duties:


The Clinical Application Analyst IV (RN) will serve as the clinical and operational subject-matter expert for the UKG Advanced Scheduling implementation. This consultant will represent ambulatory, ancillary, nursing, and patient-care operations during workflow validation, design, testing, optimization, and implementation readiness. Responsibilities include facilitating validation sessions, evaluating scheduling scenarios and business rules, identifying workflow risks and adoption barriers, translating clinical needs into project requirements, documenting decisions and issues, and supporting stakeholder communication and change management. Approximately 25 hours per week will support structured validation meetings, with remaining time dedicated to related UKG and OneLink activities including timekeeping, attendance, absence management, reporting, compliance, training readiness, and workforce-management optimization.

Requirements:


- Registered Nurse clinical background.


- Experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling in a production or implementation environment.


- Experience with clinical or healthcare workforce scheduling.


- Experience with ambulatory, ancillary, nursing, or other clinical operational workflows.


- Experience with application validation, workflow design, testing, implementation, or optimization.


- Ability to assess scheduling and system decisions for operational and patient-care impact.


- Proficiency in facilitation, documentation, communication, and analytical problem-solving.


- Availability to support Pacific Time business hours and approximately 40 hours per week.


- Ability to travel up to approximately 25%, with occasional periods potentially reaching 50%.


Preferred Requirements:


- Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or UKG Dimensions.


- Experience with clinical informatics or nursing informatics.


- Experience with staffing requirements, labor rules, union considerations, or healthcare compliance.


- Experience facilitating validation sessions and maintaining test scripts, decision logs, workflow documentation, or defect logs.


- Experience supporting organizational change, training, and technology adoption.


- UKG or informatics certification.
