Administration & Operations
Support on-prem and SaaS administration of BI tools, including Tableau on-prem services (restarts, reboots, logging, monitoring, alerting).
Build and maintain governance/usage dashboards to monitor platform adoption, performance, and license utilization.
Perform periodic license audits and cleanups to optimize cost and compliance.
Support authentication and authorization integration for BI platforms using Microsoft Entra ID, ISAM, or LDAP.

Enablement & Support
Act as the SME for BI tools, supporting business users with development questions, troubleshooting, and adoption.
Deliver training sessions and build user guides / knowledge base articles for BI tool usage and new features.
Develop reusable templates to help users quickly adopt new BI features and capabilities.
