Java Technical Lead/Architect

Title: Java Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong cloud expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable systems. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Lead design and development of scalable Java-based systems and data solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, best practices, and problem-solving
• Oversee system integrations, deployments, and post-release support
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely delivery

• 12-15+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership
• Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift)
• Qualification
• Experience in system design/architecture with strong knowledge of design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
• Strong programming skills in at least one of Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading engineering teams.
• Good to have AWS certification

• Experience with cloud migrations and data centralization platforms
• Background in E-Commerce or large-scale system integrations
