Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance APIs and microservices supporting the end-to-end digital ordering experience.
• Develop highly available, event-driven systems for processing customer orders and transactions.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across the ordering funnel.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Solid experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience working on enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
