JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Java Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture expertise for enterprise Java-based software solutions. This is a leadership position requiring strong hands-on Java experience, solution architecture capabilities, customer-facing communication skills, and experience leading geographically distributed onshore/offshore teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices, REST APIs, databases, Azure, DevOps, and enterprise web technologies, along with proven experience translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Java software product development.
• Significant experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership.
• Proven experience leading geographically distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing solution architecture roles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Java & Enterprise Development

• Expert-level Java and object-oriented design.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Spring
• Spring Boot
• Spring Cloud
• Spring Cloud Data Flow
• JPA
• Hibernate
• Open-source Java libraries
• Strong understanding of enterprise web application development.
• Experience building and deploying Java applications using Apache Tomcat.
• WebSphere experience is a plus.
