We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user experience and interface design initiatives for large-scale digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and working collaboratively with cross-functional Agile teams.
Lead UX/UI design projects for large-scale web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and translate findings into intuitive, user-centered designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Use data, user feedback, and analytics to inform and improve design decisions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the product development lifecycle.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and reusable components.
Advocate for consistent, accessible, and engaging user experiences across digital products.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
Proven experience leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in:
User research
Interaction design
Wireframing
Prototyping
Visual/UI design
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Experience with data-driven design and product analytics.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Experience designing enterprise-scale digital products.
Knowledge of current UI/UX trends, usability best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
