Required Skills & Experience
Experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong focus on clarity and simplicity
Ability to consider user needs, journeys, flows, and interactions-not just individual words
Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, or cross-functional product teams
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience writing for mobile apps or customer-facing digital products
Familiarity with smart-home technology, connectivity, or connected devices
Experience using customer research, feedback, or performance insights to improve content

Write and refine in-app content across customer journeys, features, and settings
