Senior Data Analyst Operations (Power BI / Snowflake)

You'll partner directly with operations and executive leadership to build the dashboards, data models, and AI-enabled solutions that shape key business decisions, and you'll join a leadership team known for its great culture.

- Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Location: Remote (Pacific Time business hours)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60 $75/hr on contract, with a conversion salary of $135K $150K/yr

What You'll Do:
- Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic data models, and AI-enabled analytics solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python
- Partner with operations leaders across Enrollment, Claims Operations, Grievances & Appeals, Provider Data Management, and more to understand goals and translate needs into clear requirements
- Analyze claims, enrollment, workforce, and provider data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and data stories to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and automation tools to keep the team s analytics innovative and scalable
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of healthcare payor, claims analytics, or health plan operations experience, with a strong understanding of claims and enrollment data
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python
- Experience with AI-powered analytics or generative AI tools, plus a genuine eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the executive presence to turn data into compelling stories for non-technical audiences
- Experience with Streamlit (highly preferred), Databricks, QNXT, and business process documentation is a strong plus
