RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Help Desk in Miami, FL (Florida).
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk to provide high-touch technical support and ensure seamless technology experience for end users and leadership. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional IT support, resolving technical issues, maintaining service standards, and driving continuous improvement across IT operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver responsive, high-quality technical support for employees and leadership teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, endpoint, network, and application issues to minimize business disruption
* Serve as the primary onsite resource for technology-related requests and escalations
* Coordinate with internal IT teams and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution
* Support IT security initiatives, including user access management, data protection, and backup processes
* Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access requests in accordance with security policies
* Monitor service performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
* Maintain and optimize ticket management processes to improve efficiency and service quality
* Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, procedures, and support guides
* Manage technology assets, perform equipment audits, and recommend hardware or software upgrades
* Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and streamline IT service delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, service delivery, or end-user computing environments
* Experience with IT service management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems
* Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
* Experience managing Azure AD / Entra ID and Intune device management
* Strong understanding of service delivery best practices, including SLA and KPI management
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
* ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience
* Microsoft certifications related to Azure, Endpoint Management, or Modern Desktop Administration
* Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments
* Additional language proficiency, including Spanish or French, is a plus

* Azure AD/Entra ID
* Intune and endpoint management solutions
* Windows 11
* ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms
* Remote support and monitoring tools
* Backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Networking fundamentals, VPN connectivity, and security administration
* Power BI and Excel reporting
Physical Requirements:
* Work is performed in a shop and office environment
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed throughout the day
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move heavier equipment with assistance
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally noisy environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
