Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies including IBM z/OS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and ensuring application stability.
- Ability to drive continuous service improvements.
- Experience providing L2/L3 support for mainframe applications in production environments.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Experience supporting critical business events, release deployments, and production changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for mainframe applications in production environments.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support critical business events, release deployments, and production changes.
- Analyze application failures and identify corrective actions.
- Coordinate with development teams for defect fixes and enhancements.
- Validate fixes and support deployment activities.
- Ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and operations teams to support mission-critical applications.
