Responsibilities
- Create accessible interaction components, screen layouts, style guides, pattern libraries, icons, images, and other visual assets for approved projects.
- Apply and maintain brand visual and interaction standards across new products and campaigns.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design direction to team members and partners.
- Partner with front-end development teams to help ensure designs are implemented as intended and aligned with brand standards.
- Review design deliverables from peers to help maintain consistency and quality across work products.
- Contribute to an engaging user experience through thoughtful use of typography, layout, color, imagery, and space.
Skills
- Experience in visual design for digital products or similar interactive experiences.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color, imagery, and composition.
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts and how design translates into implementation.
- Ability to create clear, accessible, and user-focused design solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience contributing to style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices in digital design.
- Experience reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to adapt existing brand standards for new digital experiences.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
