Summary

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting automated benefit systems for SNAP, TANF, or E&T programs.
Experience in Help Desk, Application Support, or Technical Support roles.
Experience with ticket management and incident tracking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
