Senior Technical Architect Information Technology ? Epic Patient Access
The Senior Technical Architect Information Technology serves as a senior technical expert responsible for leading the design, build, optimization, and delivery of Epic Patient Access and Experience solutions across NewYork-Presbyterian?s enterprise environment. Provides deep application expertise ensuring that registration, scheduling, and patient movement operate reliably and efficiently across various contexts. Translates operational and clinical needs into scalable Epic configurations balancing hands-on build with strong collaboration and communication skills. Translates clinical content UI/UX design within Epic, developing intuitive strategies, decision support and guided scheduling workflows that enhance scheduling efficiency and drive a more seamless patient experience. Defines build standards, promotes best practices, and ensures a consistent, high-quality configuration across sites and teams. Trusted by clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders, the role plays a key part in improving access, enhancing operational throughput, and supporting NYP?s digital strategy. Collaborates with enterprise technology teams and affiliated institutions ensures coordinated, high-performance EHR systems that meet organizational and patient needs.
