Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant — SAP Finance / FICO with 5+ years of hands-on full-lifecycle implementation experience for an onsite contract role located at a client US manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, TN 37160 (Nashville area). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FICO configurations, with heavy specialization in Controlling (CO)—including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Activity/Overhead Allocations, and Product Costing. This role requires strong integration knowledge across SAP SD, MM, and PP modules within the Automotive / Auto Parts manufacturing industry.
#Key Responsibilities
* SAP FICO Solution Design & Configuration: Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions, performing gap analysis between standard SAP and business requirements.
* Controlling & Product Costing Specialization: Configure complex Controlling (CO) structures, including cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, overhead allocation rules, activity types, and product costing (CO-PC).
* Cross-Module Integration: Drive functional integration between SAP FICO and core supply chain/manufacturing modules: Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
* Testing, Support & Documentation: Author functional design specifications (FDS), design and execute unit/SIT test scripts, lead user training, troubleshoot post-go-live operational issues, and maintain configuration runbooks.
* Global Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with plant stakeholders and global/China engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment of financial workflows.

* Core FICO Experience: 5+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience in full-lifecycle SAP FICO implementation projects.
* Specialized CO Knowledge: Deep mastery in SAP Controlling (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Overhead Allocations, Product Costing).
* Supply Chain Module Integration: Proven integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, and PP.
* Industry Experience: Dedicated experience within the Automotive or Auto Parts manufacturing sector.
* Language & Setup: 100% Onsite commitment at client facility (305 Stanley Blvd, Shelbyville, TN 37160); Chinese language proficiency or experience working with teams in China is a strong plus.
