Job Description:
Provide end-user support and resolve IT tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Configure, deploy, and manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install and update Windows OS, business applications, and antivirus software.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, internet, and local network connectivity issues.
Support Google Workspace (GWS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user access issues.
Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and device lifecycle management.
