Job Title: Solution Engineer - Senior (WFM)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced solution delivery professional to help design, guide, and support integrated workforce management solutions within a global IT environment. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong engineering perspective, collaborate across technical and business partners, and help deliver reliable, scalable software components that support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and delivery for integrated workforce management solutions across global users.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to estimate, design, code, deploy, and support working software components.
- Produce and review complex design documents, recommend optimized solutions, and assess deficiencies with corrective actions.
- Establish standards, improve processes, and support continuous operational efficiency while maintaining engineering best practices.
Required:
- 8+ years of overall engineering and IT experience.
- 8+ years of experience estimating, designing, developing, and implementing solutions using DataStage, Dell Boomi, and Unix.
- 2+ years of experience creating the overall architecture of complex solutions and building solutions directly.
- 3+ years of SaaS/Cloud practices experience, strong Linux shell scripting and Python scripting skills, 3+ years with automation technologies such as Tosca or similar tools, and 5+ years working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience deploying integrated Workforce Management and Labor Budgeting & Planning software (preferably UKG Pro WFM and UKG WFC)
