Job Title: PeopleSoft Integrator / Support Analyst
Location: Remote (Occasional onsite work as required - NYC, NY)
Duration: 12 Months (37.5 Hours/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Integrator / Support Analyst with strong expertise in Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions. This role will support the upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including consolidation of multiple instances into a single platform. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and system integration experience, particularly with PeopleSoft HRMS and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for workforce management system upgrades
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions
• Design, develop, and manage test scripts to ensure full coverage of business scenarios
• Lead testing efforts and validate system configurations and integrations
• Support implementation and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro WFM solutions
• Configure Workforce Timekeeper and support related modules such as Activities, Mobile, and Analytics
• Extract, cleanse, transform, and load data from legacy systems into UKG Pro WFM
• Work with system integrators and PMO teams to ensure seamless integration with PeopleSoft HRMS and other systems using middleware tools
• Validate pay rules, CBAs, payroll processing, and pay rate configurations within PeopleSoft
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables with program management
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts during testing and validation phases
• Travel to client locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead in Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in test script development and leading testing for complex systems
• Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central Suite and UKG Pro WFM
• Familiarity with Kronos Boomi or similar integration/middleware tools
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with workforce management systems
• Experience in full project lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, implementation)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional Kronos modules such as Activities, Mobile, and Analytics
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, accelerators, and technologies
