Chief Operating Officer

Introduction:

We are looking for a driven and experienced senior operator to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer. This individual will take on a significant share of executive responsibilities with a clear path to transition into the CEO role within 4–6 years. The current CEO will move into a Chairman position, providing guidance and support for the incoming COO.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
Develop and implement strategies to drive organizational growth and efficiency
Collaborate with other executives to align operational goals with overall business objectives
Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure optimal performance
Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and employees
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

Required:
- Mid-career professional (ideally mid-30s) with an MBA or equivalent business background
- Strong operational leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage complex business functions
- Strategic mindset with long-term leadership ambitions
Preferred:
- Technical fluency
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
