Role Overview
A talented, detail-oriented visual designer is sought to join a fast-paced, customer-obsessed team. This role combines hands-on design execution with motion design capability. The position involves building high-quality design assets that bring the brand to life across digital, motion, and presentation platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work within established brand systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design branded promotional graphics, presentations, and digital layouts for web, social, and email.
- Animate directly within PowerPoint, including morph transitions, custom animations, and motion-driven storytelling.
- Create motion graphics and animated content for brand sizzles, product demos, educational videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce visual collateral across a range of formats, including print, digital, social, and event.
- Maintain scalable templates, style guides, and design systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Fulfill high-priority design requests with speed and quality, juggling multiple concurrent projects.
- Manage and prioritize design requests using project management tools.
- Ensure consistent visual quality across all deliverables, aligning with brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
An online portfolio of work is required.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a visual designer or hybrid creative in digital design environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects and Premiere Pro), with advanced PowerPoint animation skills. A solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, visual storytelling, and brand guidelines is necessary. Excellent communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in or experience with AI tools for creative workflows.
- Knowledge of social media formats and dimensions.
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or agency environments.
- Experience with Workfront or other project management tools.
