Role Summary

Own the target-state architecture and design of the enterprise entitlement framework supporting HR data access controls across analytics, reporting, APIs, and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design enterprise entitlement architecture.
Define policy model and governance framework.
Define enforcement points across application stack.
Design integration architecture with IAM systems.
Establish policy lifecycle management practices.
Lead solution reviews and architecture governance.
Ensure scalability, auditability, and compliance.
