Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across SAP, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and other connected business applications. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, ensure seamless system integration, drive defect resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Define and lead the SAP integration architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and future-state IT roadmaps.

·         Serve as the SAP Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead integration initiatives between SAP, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

·         Design end-to-end integration architectures that support business processes and enterprise technology strategies.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP integration solutions.

·         Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP interfaces using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.

·         Provide technical leadership and guidance on SAP integration best practices, standards, and governance.

·         Troubleshoot complex SAP-related issues and support project teams in resolving integration defects and performance challenges.

·         Own and drive the analysis, prioritization, and closure of SAP integration and application defects.

·         Partner with Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP Security, SAP HR, Change Management, and Line-of-Business (LoB) teams to ensure successful project delivery.

·         Ensure integration solutions comply with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

·         Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments to ensure quality and maintainability.

·         Support migration, enhancement, and transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and cloud-based platforms.

·         Develop and m Ensure all integration practices comply with relevant regulations and standards such as SOX, GDPR, and utility-specific data policies.

·         Maintain architecture artifacts, integration specifications, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

·         8+ years of SAP implementation and integration experience.

·         3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role.

·         Expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI), PI/PO, and experience integrating SAP via MuleSoft and other middleware.

·         Deep understanding of integration patterns (ESB, API, event-driven, B2B, microservices).

·         Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration landscapes.

·         Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, or other middleware technologies.

·         Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Workday, or other enterprise applications.

·         Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP web services, IDocs, RFCs, OData, and event-driven architectures.

·         Experience with SAP Security, authorization concepts, and integration governance.

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·         Experience with cloud and hybrid integrations, including SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, and on-premises SAP systems.

·         Knowledge of DevOps tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and integration testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

·         SAP or MuleSoft certifications.

·         Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

·         Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

·         Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.
