SAP - Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in New York, NY is seeking an experienced SAP Testing Lead to support a large-scale Sustainment and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) environment. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities throughout the release lifecycle, ensuring system quality, functionality, and business process integrity across SAP applications.

Summary:
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SAP testing methodologies, release management support, defect management, and stakeholder collaboration. While serving as the overall Testing Lead, this person should also be comfortable performing hands-on testing activities as needed.

Key Tasks:
* Lead all testing activities for SAP sustainment, enhancements, and release deployments
* Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and test cases
* Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation efforts
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and project leadership to ensure testing objectives are met
* Track, manage, and communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and overall release readiness
* Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely issue resolution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum 8 years of SAP experience required; 10-15 years preferred
* No certifications required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
