Job Title: Program Manager Blueprint Transformation (IT Delivery)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Blueprint Transformation to join the Project Management Excellence (PMX) organization. This role will lead the IT delivery of TE's Blueprint program, a strategic business transformation focused on modernizing commercial capabilities, digital customer experience, and the underlying technology platforms that support TE's Sales & Marketing ecosystem.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, Digital COEs, Segment/BU CIOs, Enterprise Architecture, application delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to drive successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Blueprint roadmap.
This individual will serve as the primary IT Program Manager for Blueprint, ensuring technology delivery remains aligned with business priorities while proactively managing scope, dependencies, risks, budget, stakeholder expectations, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end IT delivery of the Blueprint program, coordinating multiple workstreams, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain an integrated program plan across all Blueprint initiatives, including dependencies, milestones, risks, financials, and resource planning.
- Drive execution across multiple technology domains, including customer experience, CRM, marketing technology, identity, integration, commerce, content management, product information management (PIM), and supporting enterprise platforms.
- Ensure successful delivery using appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall) while maintaining consistency in governance and reporting.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans.
Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, business capabilities, and expected outcomes.
- Help translate business objectives into executable technology workstreams.
- Facilitate alignment between Business, Digital COE, and IT (DCS) to ensure Blueprint remains business-led rather than technology-driven.
- Support the development of business cases, roadmap sequencing, and executive decision-making.
Program Governance
- Establish governance routines including Steering Committees, program reviews, executive updates, RAID management, financial tracking, and decision logs.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across business sponsors, Segment CIOs, Enterprise Architecture, Digital COEs, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and delivery teams.
- Maintain executive-level reporting with clear communication of status, accomplishments, risks, decisions, and next steps.
Architecture & Platform Coordination
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and technical leaders to evaluate platform options and sequencing decisions.
- Coordinate delivery planning across major platform initiatives such as:
- CRM
- TE.com
- Commerce
- CMS
- Marketing Automation
- Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Integration Platforms
- Ensure platform decisions remain aligned with enterprise architecture standards while supporting business capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with executive business leaders, Digital COEs, CIOs, and delivery organizations.
- Facilitate productive discussions between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment around priorities, trade-offs, and delivery sequencing.
- Communicate complex technical topics in business-friendly language.
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for Blueprint delivery governance.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvements in program governance, planning, reporting, and execution.
- Promote standardized project management practices across Blueprint workstreams.
- Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to operating models, governance processes, and delivery methodologies.
- Leverage PMX best practices, templates, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience working with executive business stakeholders and technology leadership.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors, delivery teams, and enterprise initiatives simultaneously.
Technical & Functional Experience

- Experience developing integrated project plans, executive dashboards, RAID logs, dependency management, and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in global manufacturing organizations.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
- Background in operating model design, organizational change management, or business transformation.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and Steering Committees.
