Programmatic Media Manager
Our client is seeking an innovative, results-oriented programmatic media buyer to drive the marketing strategy/planning, execution, optimization and performance analysis for programmatic campaigns across key internal advertisers. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. To be successful, you will need to thrive in a fast-moving and data-driven environment where speed, operational excellence and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously are paramount. Experience with platforms such as Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, or MediaMath is required. Key responsibilities include campaign setup, budget management, performance analysis, and reporting. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise during campaign execution. Your ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies will be essential to your success in this role.
The team focuses on leveraging the DSP to support the digital marketing initiatives of their own strategic businesses. Our primary stakeholders are the internal marketing teams.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP.
Manage cross-team deadlines and project plans to ensure all initiatives launch on time.
Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals.
Generate detailed performance reports and present findings.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
3+ years of experience in programmatic media buying
Proficiency with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360, or MediaMath
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Understanding of RTB, audience targeting, and ad exchanges
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Preferred experience:
3+ years in programmatic media buying with hands-on experience using DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath). Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including RTB, audience targeting, and ad exchanges. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
