Join our Global Operations Center of Excellence (COE) as a Senior Program Manager driving the operational execution of key data and analytics initiatives, including enterprise dashboards, data modeling backbones, and emerging AI use cases. Working as the operational right hand to executive leadership, you will translate strategic data goals into structured, visible, and on-time project portfolios.

responsibilities:

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Maintain one master portfolio in Asana, ensuring every initiative has a clear owner, scope, stage, priority, and due date.
  • Own the integrated plan to drive the critical path, holding project owners accountable and proactively clearing blockers before they escalate.
  • Run the operating cadence, including weekly status meetings and leadership reviews featuring clear, at-a-glance RAG reporting.
  • Serve as the single front door for intake, triaging and prioritizing all Data & Analytics requests alongside business leadership.
  • Maintain a live RAID log to surface risks early with recommended mitigations, tracking all decisions and commitments to closure.
  • Partner with technical leads to translate complex technical work into clear, business-facing status updates without technical jargon.




qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


5+ years of experience leading multi-stream programs or PMO operations within complex environments.


Deep proficiency with modern portfolio management tools (Asana good preferred, Jira or Smartsheet).


good instincts for project governance, milestone tracking, and executive status reporting.


Solid baseline understanding of data and analytics concepts to sequence technical workstreams effectively.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Previous exposure to the Media & Entertainment industry.


Management consulting or Chief of Staff experience.


Master-level skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise collaboration suites.
