The ideal candidate brings strong PMO experience, executive communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical inputs, interdependencies, and delivery challenges into clear deep dives, workshops, actionable plans, and reporting for technical and leadership audiences.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 10+ years of PMO, program management, or project delivery experience in complex global environments, preferably within top-tier financial services, merger integration, or large-scale technology transformation.
- Support PMO governance, reporting, and execution across multiple infrastructure integration workstreams, including program plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependency trackers, status reports, and executive materials.
- Engage and coordinate across large stakeholder groups, technology SMEs, global technology teams, virtual teams, matrix-managed resources, and senior leaders.
- Simplify complex workstreams, technical interdependencies, SME inputs, risks, issues, actions, and escalations into structured plans, clear reporting, practical next steps, and actionable outcomes.
- Prepare clear and concise senior management updates, including milestone progress, KPI/OKR reporting, resource updates, risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Develop and facilitate deep dives, workshops, and working sessions to align stakeholders, clarify dependencies, resolve blockers, and support execution.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure environments, including End-user technology, Compute, Networking, Cloud, Data center, and Applications.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication, documentation, executive presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, matrixed, and complex environments.
- Proactive, self-starter, creative, strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Connect interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams to identify risks, clarify priorities, and help teams drive execution.
- Expert in Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, AI-enabled productivity tools, and related PMO/reporting tools effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred; degree or formal training in technology, business management, communications, or a related discipline preferred.
