Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to spearhead the delivery, program governance, and cross-functional orchestration of our enterprise Customer 360 platform. In this high-impact role, you will act as the strategic linchpin uniting technical engineering squads (Google Cloud Platform / Google Cloud Platform, Master Data Management / MDM) with risk and compliance powerhouses (Financial Crimes, Data Privacy). You will steer program execution, dismantle operational silos, and align leadership around a unified data architecture roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead the strategic roadmap, sprint-to-milestone planning, release coordination, and agile delivery rhythms across all Customer 360 workstreams.
• Cross-Stream Orchestration: Bridge the communication gaps between technical cloud builders, data stewards, compliance officers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration.
• Governance & RAID Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) across complex multi-system environments.
• Executive Storytelling & Reporting: Design and deliver high-impact executive dashboards, steering committee presentations, and financial trackers for C-suite and leadership visibility.
• Decision Tracking & Cadence: Facilitate cross-functional governance forums, drive timely decision-making, and maintain rigorous action item accountability.
• Regulatory & Enterprise Compliance: Ensure all program deliverables strictly align with institutional data governance policies, regulatory mandates, and enterprise delivery standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Technical Program Management, Enterprise PMO, or complex Technology Delivery.
• Domain Track Record: Proven background delivering enterprise-scale data transformations, cloud data migrations, or customer data platform (CDP/MDM) rollouts.
• Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of cloud data ecosystems (specifically Google Cloud Platform / Google Cloud Platform), data warehousing, and modern data architectures.
• Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance ecosystems (Financial Crimes, AML, KYC) is strongly preferred.
• Delivery Frameworks: Deep fluency in Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, paired with a mastery of Jira, Confluence, and enterprise PMO tooling.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and the ability to translate technical or regulatory roadblocks into clear business terms for executive leaders.
